Saxton Freymann, creator of imaginative and innovative food sculptures, illustrated HOPE’s best practices for How to Grow a Healthy Preschooler for educators and parents. HOPE’s child friendly Mealtime Poster which was also illustrated by Mr. Freymann, encourages children to explore food and listen to their own internal cues about hunger and satiety.
